Forums - Nintendo - Natsume's bringing Alphadia Genesis (Wii U) and A-Train: City Simulator (3DS) to E3

Combining the best of both city simulation games and transportation simulation games, A-Train: City Simulator for 3DS is sure to be a hit with fans of both genres! As the newly promoted head of the local transportation agency, it's your job to make sure that both the city and its transportation system run smoothly! From buses, trains, and subways, you'll have to think about the best way to incorporate these into the city while avoiding possible bottlenecks and frustrated citizens!

Natsume is also pleased to reveal their first Wii U game, Alphadia Genesis! Boasting a rich, complex story starring Fray, a member of the local guild, and Corone, a knight. As their journey progresses and conflicting national interests come to the forefront, it becomes apparent that it may take more than a little work on both their parts if their relationship is to weather the foreboding storm on the horizon.

Wii u one sounds fun. I'm tired out from sims on the 3ds after Tomodatchi Life time to take a break.

Consoles: 3DS, Wii U, and Vita soon. Super Paper Mario fan.

I wonder if Alphadia Genesis is an new game or just a port of the mobile game.

Description matches perfectly.

With WiiU's push last year to have tools that could move mobile to wiiu and so on, I'm betting this is a port.

Pretty much, although it that is the case it seems like a cheap & fun game, so hopefully it'll do well on the eShop.

Haha, A-Train is awesome. They're pretty technically poor games, but a lot of fun. For the right price I'd probably pick this up on 3DS; the PS2 version on PSN is alright.

(Though, do Natsume publish in Europe?)

The Lost Valley is coming to Europe, so presumably they're going to start doing so soon, if they haven't already.

I'm not sure what to think about the Wii U game (especially since it seems it may be a mobile port), but the 3DS game interests me. I have a fondness for urban planning and transportation simulation. Hopefully this'll be good.

I think I have seen them publish games over here before, but I'm aware they've never done a Harvest Moon game here before (it's always been Rising Star Games/Marvelous AQL) so I thought they may have stopped.

Excellent.  Since the game looks like exactly my kind of thing:

Do you think it will be digital only?
