Pokemon is pretty much pointless without multiplayer, and I doubt they can (or will) ever convince Gamefreak to rewrite the code to work with NN.

Yeah, I have not been blown away by the GBA VC games that have been coming, but I do have a lot of DS games I would like to play on a big screen or gamepad.

It's a PlayStations fans wet dream, in other words it doesn't exist and probably never will.

Could this be the start of something wonderful?
Being able to play 3DS games on WiiU via the gamepad as a second screen would add so much value to it.

But I won't get my hopes up. Nintendo isn't known for smart decisions that make sense.
