Forums - General Discussion - "Wii will reach 45m this year" ban bet. Why did only one poster take it?

It could go either way ... though Im more on the 40-43 million part actually . Though it could go either way , and a month is way to much IMO ...

@kingofwale: If you think it's like tossing a coin, I can give you 2:1 odds (2 months ban for me vs 1 month ban for you, or 1 month vs 15 days). Does that seem more attractive? :P

You are forgetting, you taking on 2 months ban doesn't help my chances at all.

Frankly, I don't like bets unless I'm getting something in return, while I have 0 interest in Wii's sales number.

GoW2 ( expect 7 - 9 million entire life and over 2 mill first day), Fable 2 (expect 5-6 million entire life and 1.5 mill fist day) BK3 (expect 4 - 5 mill sales entire life and 1 mill first day).. Tales/IU/TLR should get to 2 or 3 million! post id: 868878

I believe that Wii sales will greatly exceed 45 million by the end of the year but the whole concept of ban bets seems silly..

Wii will exceed providing there is supply. It could if Nintendo shipped enough maybe even hit 50 million.
