It'd be nice for the WiiU to win a battle, even though it's already lost the war. Makes Vgchartz more interesting.

Japan will put Wii U over the top I think. But everywhere else PS4 will sell more, but not a lot more.

taking the UK market as an example where Nintendo is almost dead but the increase has been massive (only 3/4k from PS4) I am saying Yes. those extra 40/50k difference from Japan will help to close the gap from Us and part of Europe!

Now I didn't expect that. Even if it doesn't "beat" the PS4 (it'll be very close) it's still a massive victory for the system. Question is, can it maintain those sales?

Based on UK chart track PS4 should be over Wii U if 24 May VGC numbers are used: PS4*1.94 = 15K, WiiU*7.66=12K. If the UK is a reasonable approximation of the world (which if ioi is saying >200K then for PS4 it is) then Wii U should be on top with >250K but PS4 will be
