Nope. There is only one game/franchise that nintendo makes that i was/am truly ever a fan of. Zelda. But one game is not enough to make me buy a console. This is not saying that there aren't or wont be other great nintendo exclusive games, but I also don't have to play every game in the world either. I am way more entrenched in the sony ecosystem of games.

I literally look forward to every new gen knowing that sony will usher in at least 3/4 new brand new franchises. Nintendo seems to feel its ok to have people playing the same franchises for the past 25yrs. Mario, Smash, Zelda, Luigi, Metroid........ rinse and repeat. Think of it, when was the last time (besides wii sports) that nintendo made a new IP?

That right there is the reason I won't buy a WiiU.

But it really is lack of software. That's the only thing really stopping me from getting it. It just doesn't give me enough right now. I want to see something new on the system.

1) No I wouldn't buy it.  Why?

2) In short everything: PS2-era online capabilities, no exclusives I want, and absolutily horrible hardware.  It isn't just the graphics power, it has no Blueray, no storage, no camera, no sharing capabilites, and is crazy overpriced.

No, I wouldn't purchase a Wii U because I'm a biased Playstation fanboy. Who wants good games when I can follow a brand.

J/k. I'm getting a Wii U and getting some first party games, but most of Nintendo's first party titles aren't for me.

You get less for the money. Less power, less variety, less excitement, less 3rd party, less commitment to gamers.

No. Im not buying another console with only nintendo made software on it. Its not worth the price of admission. I would buy most of their titles if it were on the ps4 though

I will list why I don't buy.

1) No Power
2) No hard drive
3) No achievements
4) No one online/Unproven online
5) No AAA exclusive that entices me and forces me to buy
