Numbers are all pretty low. At least the ps4 is above 100k.

PS4 way undertracked, in my opinion. I feel the X1 at 30k+ in the US is also overtracked. I take it, VGC will be proven way off once again when NPD comes. What's that, 3, 4 months in a row?

Does anyone think during E3 sony is going to announce a bundle for ps4 with a free game at $399?

I think they are going to announce either a price-drop or a free game bundled with every console, a price-drop being the more likely of the two considering people receive free games already as part of PlayStation Plus. Kaz recently said that they are going to aggressively seek to expand the install-base of the PlayStation 4, even at the expense of profitability. Sony are playing the long game here, and I think a price-drop just makes sense at this point as a larger install base will mean greater profit in the future, a higher chance of third-party exclusive titles, amongst many other things. It will also render the recent unbundling of Kinect - and the resulting price-drop of the Xbox itself - nigh on irrelevant.

The more they create a gap between them and MS, the more benefit to Sony.

If we just look at the PS+ figures, they are going to generate lots of revenue in the future on this, and they are stealing many x-gold members (ohh austin powers)... So yes its not a problem to lose a small amount of money now because they will make it up in subs over 3-4 years.

Xbone definitely overtracked, vgchartz didn't learn anything from April. How come numbers are up from last month with a price cut in june? And also sw numbers seem totally made up. Wolfenstein is too high, especially on Xbone. We can expect major adjustments post may npd.

I've heard from people of other forums that the dude running this site is a giant Xbox fanboy. According to them, it would look pretty bad if the Xbone was only doing 20k/week in the USA and below the 40k sales range WW. The amount of "DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM" threads would flood every single gaming site on the net.

I'm pretty sure there will be no price drop at E3. The PS4 is selling well and unless the Un-Kinected X1 unless sells poorly, don't expect a price cut until next year.

No, just calling anyone fanboys is against the terms.

Which is a lack of freedom of speech. I am gay, but if somebody wants to call me a faggot and tell me my sexuality is wrong/sinful, they have every right to do so. Freedom of speech doesn't mean we can only say nice things, it means EVERYBODY has a right to say ANYTHING. This is something that actually really bugs me.

On topic, since joining this site I have often wondered about the credibility of whoever "runs" it. The numbers just seem ridiculously favoured toward the Xbox, even after being proved wrong (and quite frankly, humiliated) on numerous occasions.

They wont unless they dont have games that excite gamers to buy the PS4. May be next E3 we will get price cut and revision. This E3 may reveal new PS4 with more storage.

GAMING is not about spending hours to pass/waste our time just for fun,

its a Feeling/Experience about a VIRTUAL WORLD we can never be in real, and realizing some of our dreams (also creating new ones).

So, Feel Emotions, Experience Adventure/Action, Challenge Game, Solve puzzles and Have fun.

PlayStation is about all-round "New experiences" using new IP's to provide great diversity for everyone.

Xbox is always about Online and Shooting.

Nintendo is always about Fun games and milking IP's.

Well, you would say that you're a faggot ...

Before anyone complains about that statement or it's 'moderated', I want to make it clear I'm just making a point. I've instantly dismissed everything you said by simply labeling you a 'faggot' (a word two of my gay friends don't like at all, and rightly so). The word 'fanboy' is wrong for a similar reason. It instantly undermines any meaningful discussion and infers that the poster is in no position to debate. What you, and others, are doing when you use that pathetic word is manipulating how people view a comment. It then becomes the instant 'go to' rebuttal and so negates reasoning. Recently, in a thread I started based on a site called 'Insiderp', someone anwered the question 'why do people trust this site' with 'because it suits them'. This couldn't be further from the truth. I see the debate itself as meaningful and point (a/ the propostion) and point (b/ the conclusion) to be simply the catalyst for that debate. 'Fanboy' is an instant fullstop which both irritates the poster and stymies any thoughtful discussion. It goes against everything the word 'forum' stands for.

It has NOTHING to do with 'freedom of speach', it's designed to take it away.
