Sony, by far.

Best controller.

Best support for indie titles.

PS+.

Does not overprice their consoles.

Keeps supporting their previous consoles.

Does not pay 3rd party exclusives.

Does not pay for timed exclusive DLC.

Has the biggest variety in 1st party exclusives.

Has the best first party studio's.

Made consoles not just a device for kids, but also for adults.

Their consoles had always something new (except the PS4); CD, DVD, BLU-RAY.

Is the first one that is busy with VR.

I have to say Microsoft did made online gaming on consoles great, and Nintendo has the most offline co-op games.

Sony :

1) Best 1st Party Devs. Best Games. Fresh ideas, originality, the new IPs.
2) With PS4 the best hardware and best multiplatform games.
3) Long term support.
4) The Controller. And with DS4 is perfection.
5) With PS3 and PS4 ; Playstation Plus.
6) Can't wait for Playstation Now.

PlayStation. Usually cutting edge hardware, most and best exclusives and 1st party studios. Usually gets all the 3rd party titles, unless it's a bought exclusive (or a handheld game, duh )

Nintendo makes games that I find the most fun.

You stick with what you know works,

With Sony consoles (not handhelds) you get the full package, great exclusives, 99% of the third party and plenty of juicy Jrpgs. I've been gaming on PlayStation since I was 8, I still remember getting my ps1 in 1998 with Spyro 2 and Tekken 3.

Get a Vita! :P
