Man, chile served to win. They played their freaking heart out. Sad to see them go but it was a fantastic match.

My colombia is up next and I am sweating bullets.

It's easy to say it was better after it won the World Cup. That WC was insanely tense as well. We beat Turkey on the semi-finals based on luck and some controversial referee decisions. TURKEY! We did have Ronaldo and Rivaldo though =P

I'm not saying Brazil played well against Chile, far from that. First half was great, but something happened at second half that... holy crap... But 2002 was not "miles better", no.

I don't care what people say, so far the stand out teams in this tournament are Chile and Costa Rica. They work so hard.

I wanted Chile to win, but I don't understand this. Why didn't they deserve to win? Stat wise they were definitely better than Chile. Every time a "strong" team barely beats a weaker team people jump out saying they didn't deserve it without explaining why or how.

And it annoys me how the media constantly fellate Neymar.

Focus on the other guys who scores the other penalties as well, you morons. Focus on Cesar who actually won that shootout for Brazil with his 2 early saves.
