By the way, Luxembourg was apparently not even playing their best team. 9 players missing, only 4 professional players in the starting 11.

La Liga have submitted a request to UEFA for an investigation on Man City on their spending as the owners are benefiting from state aid essentially meaning City are funded or part funded by Government funds.

I'm surprised they're only doing this just now. 

I thought if it was against the rules for them to have aid from a government it would've been dealt with a long time ago but it's good something could be done about it if it's against the rules.

No team bought a player that a Spanish club didn't want to sell before

I guess they didn't have a world record signing that blew the other out of the water so the government oil money sort of stayed under the radar so no one was crying FFP.
