Cavani hasn't been the same since the Jara-finger incident(?)

That's what happens when Zlatan leaves and all you have left is...... well..... Cavani.

Weren't top teams at one point looking to buy this guy for £30-40m, Ibra is so good he bumped the price up on his strike partner it seems.

That seems to be the case. He's incredibily inconsistent. One time he can score an amazing hattrick, but then a match like the one I posted can happen.

PSG did buy him for even more than that though....

He seemed a much better player at Napoli. I guess those years of playing second fiddle to Ibra and being played out of position constantly has ruined him.

Yup, Cavani was a world-class striker, but he wasn't put to good use all of these years, playing on the wings has diminished him.

Fun-fact: Ibra left Barca after Pep started forcing him to play on the wings. His own words:

"It was a childhood dream and I was walking on air,' said Ibrahimovic. 'It started well but then Messi started to talk. He wanted to play in the middle, not on the wing, so the system changed from 4-3-3 to 4-5-1. I was sacrificed and no longer had the freedom on the pitch I need to succeed. So I asked for a meeting with Guardiola - for a discussion, not an argument. I said I was being used in the wrong way and that they shouldn't have bought me if they wanted another type of player"

He didn't need to explain it, it was obvious to everyone who followed Barca, but it was nice to get a confirmation It was smart of him to leave, and dumb of Cavani to stay.

David Villa was the next victim. I am surprised Messi is allowing Suarez to play in the center lol

Suarez played some matches on the wings in 2014 and he wasn't very good. Shocking, huh?

Lmao. Sure, what he said was extremely offensive but c'mon man, you shouldn't suspend a player over something he said on the internet 4 years ago.

4 years ago? That's going back a bit far isn't it?

Indeed but reading what he tweeted back while he was playing for Luton?

Bit questionable, he was 21 at the time, should know better.

Hmm, pie.

Well it may be an unpopular opinion but he was part of Football back then so they can take action much like if someone commits an offence 4 years back the police can still take action.

Roma has received 2 red cards lmaoooo

What? :o

Noooo

I wanted to see Roma do well in Europe this season, especially with it being Totti's final one. Maybe they can win the Europa League though?

Yup. And both were 100% deserved, both were disgusting, awful tackles. Also, Roma now need to score 3 with 17 minutes left.
Edit: make that 4

My team is top of the league after 4 games. 2 points clear.

Just putting that in here.
