Genuinely looks like it might be legit. Little evidence points otherwise, the UI is clean and professional and a lot of the points others have made against this can easily be argued against. Also first post.

You're right! I believe what I was thinking of was Diddy Kong racing characters, which Nintendo can't use. At least on home-consoles.
