Yeah there are a ton of characters with no moveset prior to becoming a playable character, tis is why Sakurai is like a miracle worker :P

Once you get this game its a wrap, best fighting! Played literally 10k+ hours on the franchise o.O  

This and Street Fighter 2 are by far the most competitive fighters. You got alot to learn, this game is easy to pick up and is a ton of fun, but to master...... Yeahhhhh :0

Well I'll be buying my first Nintendo home console just to try it. I don't think the 3DS version will be as fun so I'm not picking it up on that, maybe I'll try the demo if they put one up on the e shop.

It's a Namco thing. I highly doubt it's true, but with Namco developing it anything is possible with their characters.

Just watch some gameplay vids online. There's lots to be seen and learn.

Pac-Man potential moveset wouldn't really be a problem, as the examples showed previously, Sakurai can always come up with something for these more bizarre characters, or if else fails, just make him a clone like Falcon and Ganondorf! *cringes*
