First would have been huge but one can't be unhappy with placing 3rd in Nascar. Nintendo should be pleased with the money spent/advertising exposure.

They should promote the Buy MK8 and get another game for free thing in theaters etc.
Would be much better than just having a MK8 trailer on its own.

I agree.
Boy if they could have advertised on a vehicle during the Indy 500 yesterday too... memorial weekend racing locked down. (;

Agree, when was the last time he were there?
At least they're marketing something now. :)
Yep.

I always wanted to see him on The Daily Show or The Colbert Report (mainly Colbert). I even sent a message to Nintendo asking them if they could get on those shows. They just sent a general reply back to my email stating they are always looking for new ways to promote their products.
Finally again some nice advertising from Ninty! Indeed, it just misses one thing to be perfect: darn NASCAR rules probably didn't allow them to install power-ups on the car!
Nintendo is finally giving a damn about rednecks?

I believe it was right after E3 of last year during Fallon's annual video game week when they played 3D World.

Good thing they've been running commericals for a while now.
