JL has operated on several forums, some with the same name, others with different ones (amazon boards, joystiq, nerdmentality, democraticunderground, to name a few).


John Lucas is articulate though this guy not so much. Doctre was definitely one of JL's "followers" but I don't think that it is him. I could be wrong though.

I think he is right.. but not the way he think..

What i think is..

There is a business war going on behind the curtain, and the us is struggle to get us and eu consumers to bye american producs.

I know Sony is japaness to.. but theire product is closser to Xone.. and first step in the (imo) "Conspiracy" is to get Nintendo to go 3. party..

If u look at it it. The big american gaming companys.. and look at the negative american  press..

Ubisoft (french) are following now.. (they play ball, and can see that it's better to be on the "westeren" side) Sega and capcom are the only big true 3 party left.

Edit..

Disney is still onboard.. becourse the money is to big.. 

And i also thinks EA and other will be back when Nintendo and Wii-U strike back. and get better sales.. bigger user group = big money.. And we all know..  They can't say no to money. (big companys would sell weapon to the enemy, if the monye is big)

Not as a member, only reader! I did post a little bit on Gamespot (shudder) and IGN though but not for very long.

If the Wii U had good sales it would have much better third party support. Maybe less than a Sony or ms console with similar sales, who knows. But would get enough third party games to back up it's first party exclusives.

Because that worked so well for the Wii.

I agree, especially since we had that very public, verbal commitment of "unprecedented support" E3 2011, which devolved to average support by E3 2012, which by New Years 2013 had devolved into "absolute 0 support once we release Need For Speed, even beneath our NFL contracts." How do you go from very high to absolutely nothing in that amount of time? EA was known as the publisher that would make games for anyone, and were contractually required to do so by several of their licenses.

Not to make this into another thing about EA specifically, but it does highlight that unusual things happen between Nintendo and third parties that are beyond the pale of "normal" interactions for Sony or Microsoft.

Verbal commitments mean nothing in this industry. Nintendo should have made an actual deal with EA for exclusive DLC or marketing for certain titles. No idea why their partnership dissolved, but putting contracts in place would have kept EA supporting the WiiU.

Sony having Insurance, Music division, TVs, Phones, Movie Division and Laptops can make fans of Sony. The media is in bed with these mega corporations (Microsoft too) and want Nintendo out.
