Ive been wanting a new StarFox for a while.

Me, too! I really want a new Star Fox that doesn't focus too much ( if not at all) on ground missions!

I'm looking forward as always to new IP's. I think whoever can show the most high quality new IP, with some diversity, along with a selection of proven franchises, is deserving of the best at E3 award.

What you have listed in the OP are all existing franchises with plenty of installments already. It's exciting, sure, and there is the possibility of a franchise taking a new direction, but it's not the same as showcasing something completely new and fresh. As such, a new Mario, Zelda, Metroid etc. would simply not be enough in my opinion.

I prefer Sony franchises, but if they just come out with a new Uncharted, GOW, GT etc I'm not gonna be overly happy. I'm personally very much looking forward to Microsofts press conference, I have a feeling they might be the one this year to show the widest variety of new and exciting IP.

That game wasnt meant to be a Starfox game. When Nintendo gets backed into a corner, they take a game that couldve been perfectly fine on its own and slap a skin of one of their most famous characters on it. Zelda Hyrule is no different. I wish they would put out a new game. It would spread out the variety because I have played a flying game in a while. Were the hell is Pilot Wings and FZERO!? ARGH THE FEELS!

I never knew there was such a game as Star Fox Assault when I was younger and I had a GC, myself.

Pilot wings I think now kind lumped into Wii Sports Resort sadly.

As for F-Zero, there's probably a very good reason Captain Falco hasn't been revealed for Smash. I'm counting on a moment of the digital event where Captain Falco gets revealed and we segue to or from an F-zero reveal.
