Metal gear at the very top is good. The sales in media create/famitsu show it selling maybe in the top 20-30 for the year but on amazon its doing well. GTA5 is a beast too

hmm, just looked it up. Based on a manga. The descriptions makes me think of digimon, but with spirits/demons ala shaman king style.

The manga came after the game. It was designed from the start to be a cross-media IP centering around the game.
