Forums - Microsoft - Ryse Son Of Rome still the best looking console game?

@zekkyou -- fair enough. for the limited time span they had,, they did an impressive job. Yea in gameplay couldn't feel it. Hopefully the netx one ,, not only imrpoves the visuals , but maintains a very good framerate. Yea you got the AA right. ISS uses the more advanced version of it as well. Guess i am more leniant ,, for me if its not gam ebreaking and obvious slowdown ,, then its fine by me lol

@Classic gaming -- OP hasn't played ISS yet and he has played Ryse and killzone. To be fair ,, even i think Ryse was teh best before ISS and now ISS takes the crown. Ryse was a contender at Dice awards best graphics which sadly went to TLOU if i am not mistaken.

Best looking 8th gen exclusive, yes.

Best looking console game however, is still this sexy beast. (On any of the systems its on)

@curl-6 what game is that? I woudl guess its trine?

It's definitely the most realistic looking game on consoles. Best looking comes down to preference on art style. Personally I think it is the best so far.

Very close; Trine 2. ;)

Nope infamous looks better.

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

Ryse is a good looking game, but visually, infamous SS is more stunning

InFamous looks better in game which is where it really counts.

It never was...

Currently, inFamous SS.
