Most people that are obsessed with JRPG's are in denial that the genere peaked both in sales and popularity with FFVII in 1997.

They are pretty niche but I guess you are overly obsessed with JRPG's and in denial that the genre peaked both in sales and popularity back in 1997 with FF7.

Once again, just because it's not the most popular genre doen not make it niche.

Unless Bravely Default, Persona, Ni no Kuni, the Tales games, the Kingdom Hearts games, the Dark Souls games, etc are all "niche"

I'm just telling the truth here and by the way I like JRPG's my avatar is from a very underrated JRPG.

Then just answer truthfully, do you consider Final Fantasy, Bravely Default, Kingdom Hearts, the Tales games, and Dark Souls to be niche?

Those are some of the biggest titles on the market right now.

For me it's the fact that Sony is still making an effort to support the PS3 and Microsoft is showing no effort at all to keep the 360 alive. Saying 360 owners are just, gosh darn, so happy that they feel no need to switch is total spin and I'm willing to bet mostly false.

The people I know still playing on 360 are doing so because they either don't see the value in the next generation yet or are waiting for a good bundle/sale. They are also in the process of working through their backlogs as well, not playing new releases.

Biggest titles really, I guess you must be looking at different sales charts then me.
