So 360 and PS3 are still on par??
No wonder they havn't come out with a statement saying PS3 has taken the lead.
As much as it pains me to say because their TV's are still top of the line, but Sony needs to stop making TV's. The TV industry right now is just a race to the bottom with a very small profit margin. Because of Korean companies like Samsung and LG, who get subsidized by the Korean government.
Sony should focus on imaging, mobile, movies/tv/music ,Playstation, Insurrance and emerging professional markets like agriculture and medical technology/equipment.

can't make much what is goin on but shit seems a tad dire for Sony....any glimmer of hope Kowenicki?(and anyone else with bussiness knowledge)
I really wonder when Sony would just let go of their TV division. I know they are spinning it off but maybe that wouldn't be enough overall, unless they stop selling at a premium which they can't seem to do.
SOE 6.2b yen loss on writing off PC games, so that is most of game divison loss then
Sony just limping onwards to the end as a whole, nothing changes

I'm not sure Brett follows shipments. We already know 360 is undertracked outside of the US over 4 million units.
I'm not even sure if brett knows, I can't remember whens the last time he checked the forum and saw calculated estimates like these
