plataformers used to did good in snes era, is like a fps nowadays.
but now, no 2d plataformer thats dont have mario in its name sell well.
look at delicious rayman legends...

dkctf is way better than dkcr, in my opinion. goty so far.
it is sad to see that good and hard plataformers dont apleal like before. it is still my favorite gender.

Bold 1: DKCR sold over 6 million.

I think it is like most up above are saying. Too many platformers. I won't get it yet, even though it looks great, because I have no desire to play another platformer, right now. Wrong game, wrong time..... And the system it's on isn't helping. With only 6 million wiiu owners out there, any game has to hit a fairly high percentage to sell well, and DK just isn't a high profile game. I think in the long run it will do solid numbers, but it's going to take awhile.
