It's the stupidest thing I've ever heard, I agree.

Do not follow down this path, Sony...
Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!
My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/
My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.
Everything else sounds nice, the digital upgrade sounds like a ripoff. Hopefully this is a typo. We'll know for sure when Sony makes a reply in a few days.

Looks like Driveclube is flop waiting to happen. |
I think it just means no one will upgrade at that price. Very poor choice.
Well isn't that some loose use of the word 'loose'. I'm pretty sure Sony loses on this one.
there's still time for them to open their eyes... and i hope they do.
if the games does turn out to be worth, i will buy the disc w/ a discount a few weeks later.

Because of the upgrade to the PS Plus Edition? |
Yeah. If I pay for a $50 upgrade for the full game why do I still need PS+ to acess the game?

Paying to be behind a Paywall is what the kids call it these days

Because they don't want people to use test codes that give them access to PS Plus for free, to get the game cheaper, I guess, but I agree that that could certainly be solved better.
Still the game is also available at retail and you can get the game normally on PSN without the discount for upgrading from the PS Plus version and in both those cases the game won't be bound to PS Plus.
I'm pretty sure the PS Plus upgrade thing won't go very well, but that doesn't necessarily mean that game as a whole will fail.
I'll either be sticking with the free version, or buying it. That upgrade sounds like a horrible value. Unless they allow you to pay the extra 10 bucks to up-up-grade to retail.
Either way, very silly.
