So remake confirmed. Also confirmed that their's something special about that Groudon and Kyogre and that it's not just a simple art. I personnaly think that these changes are not enough for mega evolutions, I think it's something new entirely.

If they get rid of the Mega Evolutions from X/Y, then this could possibly be the best Pokemon game yet. Pokemon Sapphire/Ruby (the best Pokemon game so far) with X/Y's engine is a winning combination.

However, I very much doubt they'd get rid of Mega Evolutions. Sadly.

Salamence could use it, as only its Mixed set is really viable today.

Metagross lost its niche with the steel nerf, would like to see it's Mega.

Mega Latias/Latios were already confirmed some time ago.
