I'd be pretty amazed if that's true. That would likely make it the most hardware intensive game on the PS4, which would be unusual from a 3rd party multi-plat.

i can see it being accurate in a similar fashion to TR:DE being 60fps. (not locked) Much better than 30fps either way

We have it at 2am here. Will probably be going on until 4am. Knowing Sony its gonna start late, and it will actually finish at 4:30

I believe the Creative Director already mentioned a few weeks ago on twitter that Watch Dogs will run at 30 FPS. Sure, they might have optimized the game so well that in now runs at 60 FPS, or...well they just found the secret sauce.

it starts at 4 am my time, so it will probably finish 6 am. ill be watching it at around 9 am when i get to work (ill just act like im working ) so if the mods want me to make the thread ill have it updated by around 5 hours when the show its finished. 

ill leave the decision to who is making the Sony E3 thread up to the mods then.
