Similarly to Dying Light, Dead Island 2 is said to be Spring as well

i dont see how those too games will be different enough to justify purchasing both. IMO its a big mistake to release them so close to each other. 

Oh, I'm pretty sure Dead Island will get delayed. It deserves more than being dumped onto the market, Yager is a fantastic developer, and a 8 player co-op seems very promising (hopefully won't end up a confusing mess with 8 people with a personal agenda).

it should. holiday 2015 at the minimum if Dying Light is gonna be released in spring 2015. Dying Light just has a lot of Dead Islands DNA that it would be too similar. i personally would only get one of them. 

Got into both the Destiny Alpha and Battlefield Hardline Beta. The problem is, is I have to work 4pm-10pm tonight and 330pm to 11pm tomorrow! Then I have open house and then it is Fathers Day. I am going to have a hard time sleeping lol.

I wouldn't be surprised if Sony delays Bloodborne til the Summer so they can space out the release schedule. Would be annoying to have to wait though.

I'm a bit worried about TLOU HD. They previously had mentioned how the pre-rendered in-engine cutscenes were running at 1080p/60fps, with no mention of the actual gameplay. Now a comparison video also only shows that, and still no gameplay? I fear the game might run at 30fps. The difficulty in changing from ps3 to ps4 architecture could mean 1 year wasn't enough to make the big leap.

It is a Friday after all. Still I think it is a plceholder date, as officially they are either saying "early 2015" or "Spring 2015" not specifically 31.03. Maybe they are giving themselves a window, as they are not sure when will they be ready with a perfectly polished product.

This is the trailer in 60fps, it has a share of gameplay, although mostly scripted events, so rather real-time cutscenes. Still imo, that's enough to think that the game will run in 60fps.

seriously, that dead island 2 trailer was the best trailer i seen in years.
