EU Price Drop incoming? Just had a Dutch retailer drop the following bundles in price, nothing points towards these drops being temporary

  • 500GB Black - was €399, now €349
  • 500GB White - was €399, now €349
  • 500GB Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection bundle - was €399, now €379
  • 500GB Limited Edtion Metal Gear Solid V bundle - was €459, now €429
  • 1TB Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 bundle - was €429, now €399
  • 1TB Assassin's Creed: Syndicate bundle - was €429, now €399
  • 1TB Star Wars Battlefront bundle - was €429, now €399

Above Tweet translates to: "The PlayStation 4 is now available for just €349,99! A lot of bundles have also been lowered in price."

I've asked them if this is coming from Sony or if it's a promotion from them, I'll update this post if I get a reaction from them.

Sales are going to be huge if EU gets a cut too. Seems almost certain that there will be Europe wide cuts given there have been reductions everywhere else.

I really wonder by how much Sony will up their PS4 shipment expectations for this Financial Year (FY2015). Their original expectations were 16million (that's already 1.2mil more than FY2014 shipments), that was upped to 16.5 and I'm totally expecting them to up their expectations again at their FY2015 Q2 Earnings Announcement on October 29th. Here's a quick overview of PS4 shipments every Financial Quarter so far:

Q1 is April - June
Q2 is July - September
Q3 is October - December
Q4 is January - March

Current expectations are 38.8million PS4s shipped at the end of March 2016.

You could add a FY TOTAL before C. TOTAL to make it easier to notice each FY shipment totals.
