I won't jump the gun now, but I'll lose my shit if UC4 is delayed again. Sony (well actually vgchartz, lol) has another huge rant about their mismanagement this gen coming if this happens.

Can't imagine how Uncharted 4 could possibly be early in development, it is two years since The Last of Us. I would be disappointing if Uncharted 4 didn't make the first half of the year. There would still be Street Fighter V and ratchet and Clank, but that is what I'm looking forward to most in the first few months of 2016.

Actually they don't have a full year, the game was announced for this fiscal year so they have like 8 months till then

That seems to mainly focus on the story, script and tone of the game though. It is not as though everything was scrapped and started again.

Doesn't seem like a massive upgrade between generations. I find it weird that they are doing the comparisons themselves, don't devs usually avoid that kind of thing and the specialists sites do the comparing?

For Ground Zeroes he straight up compared the PS4 and X1 version, I think he's already holding back by not directly comparing those two version (you know the comparison most people at least online would care about most).
