EDIT: Someone asked Tidux if he knew what they are gonna show today for The Order: 1886. His response: ''maki'n room for e3 press conference'' (source)
What are the chances that the relative 'quiet' of launches of new IP for the remainder of the year is due to IP shuffling to make room for traditionally larger, or what could be larger IP? It's pretty likely at this point that GTAV is launching, either a few months from now, or in June (depending on which info you take more seriously). Then there's TLOU Remastered, Destiny, CoD: AW, Far Cry 4, FFV, and probably others I'm not thinking of. Not to mention the Indies, and the non-mega franchise releases slated for the rest of 2014. Just seems like I've seen this movie before, play out in previous years.

You mean moving exclusives around so they avoid the holiday season, and release them in quieter months where they will get more attention?

Yeah, I know it sounds strange...but we know studios move things around to avoid games like GTA and CoD, especially an unproven IP. Though now that I think of it, they traditionally only move things around by a week or two, don't they?

Generally it's normally a few weeks or a month. It can be difficult going up against the biggest games in the holiday season but so many games are bought during that period you can still get great sales

I wonder if that was what Tidux was referring to in his tweet about Sony's E3 lineup today.
