Seece said: I think A) This isn't game that pushes even WiiU to its limits, let alone PS4 B) Youtube comparisons are pointless. |
Try the PC version. It's a complete mess and the game is demanding as hell even with totally date visuals. It's unfortunatelly a complete letdown after the first game (that performed pretty well on PC).
PS4 uses better visual effects, but it ultimately looks very much the same.
If the PS4 version at least ran 60 fps, there would be something to boast about.

i came into this expecting minimal differences and that the OP would be right in saying they look similar
But sorry, nope. PS4 version might still look "bad" (as the game does on any platform) but looks way better than the Wii U version. Better lighting, textures, sharper
it is on teh WiiU,
it is all i need to be impressed,
I smell like the dark forest of Dwemereth in the morning mist fanboy til i'm bankrupt
Doesn't show any open world movement or web swinging so it's a pretty pointless comparison. Lets see the open world pop-up differences and geometry. Also if the video had been recorded at 60fps, then slowed to 50% by the uploader, then you select 200% as play back speed you could get 60fps from youtube.

large margin? As in microbes thinking ants are large? I agree.
A dfferent skybox and fog on the actually more powerful console (Turok on N64 used fog!) and some reflections on windows are def not large.
The same guy has a video about WiiU vs 3DS this is what I call winning by a large margin.
P.S. the video is not supposed to show how PS4 is more powerful than WiiU... its just comparing 1 game on two platforms NOT comparing the two platforms itself. I wonder when people finally understand that...
Btw.
"Didn't even see a car on the Wii U's when he drops from the tower"
the Wiiu version has 2 cars in the first scene the PS4 version just had one. After the guy robbed the shop the Wiiu has 2 more cars than the PS4 has! conclusion? PS4 cant handle as many characters on screen as WiiU ZOMG! (Am I doing it right? xD)
The Wii U version looks blurry and the AA and texture aren't as good compared to the PS4 version. Overall, the game's graphics doesn't look good on neither version.
