If its upscaled to 1080p, I think they can claim that because it's partially correct. My point however is that Eurogamer never said the game runs at native 1080p.



My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

All games that are run on a tv that can display 1080p are upscaled to 1080p, thus its an invalid and misleading claim. 

While the game might not run at its native or output resolution, it cannot reasonably run above its output resolution. That would imply that the game was downscaled when outputted.

Regardless, the OP is incorrect as there is no confirmation of 1080p.
