Tecnically yes, but ps3 and x360 are on their way out, so when it comes to multiplats titles wii u will compete against the current gen consoles. Besides, ps4/x1 games right now, are selling very good despise the low userbase and the competition with ps360.

Wii U is not getting many multiplats anyway, and when ps3 & x360 are out I'll be surprised if there are any more Wii U ports.

My 8th gen collection

Wii u and ps3 for me and sold my 360. Last multiplat I got was ac4 on wii u. That gamepad just makes it easier to play plus off screen. The only game ill buy on ps3 now is gta after that its a dvd player.

Owned a Wii since launch, and played that (along with the DS) for most of last gen. Picked up a cheap secondhand PS3, PSP & 360 two years ago to go through their exclusives and a few multiplats. I'll most likely do the same this gen, money permitting. The Wii U does me fine.

I have family with PS4's and they're not used at all anymore, so there's no real rush for me to get one. The Xbone actually looks more interesting, some decent exclusives, just not worth the cost of the console yet. I may even end up with an Xbone sooner than planned if there's a price drop on the horizon.

The poll options are pretty dumb/poorldy made

I have a Wii, DS, PS3, PS Vita, 3 3DS's, a Wii U, and I have access to an Xbox One, used to have access to a 360 (I still kinda do but eh, my ability to mooch off of it is a lot less than before)

I'm a gamer first and foremost, I will be wherever there are lots of good games

the PS4 and Xbox One are not where that's at

all the other system do have them

I go to Wii U and PS3 for multi-plats depending on what it's available on, and I'll usually prefer my 3DS over Vita and Vita over PS3 but not always (since sometimes there are multi-plats like Conception II for 3DS/Vita and others for PS3/Vita and I have to decide on a system)

Never owned a playstation, but intend to get a PS4 around this time next year. Bought a Wii three years after launch, and a Wii U 1 year after launch. PC is used for gaming as well.

A friend who's kids are the same age as mine got a X1 over the holidays, and it has been gathering dust since.

I have a ps3/360 and a good gaming PC - so any multiplat's that the Wii U doesn't get - I have options to explore. At this juncture Wii U is the only new gen console I need.

I have a 360 but aside from my girlfriend replaying her rpgs it's not been turned on since about March last year. Last game we bought for it was bioshock infinite.

Any third parties I want to play I get on wii u (better controls, nicer system, don't have to give blood and stool samples to log into my account), if they aren't on the wii u I don't play them. If a company doesn't support my chosen system, I don't support them

i usually get most consoles and handhelds (except remodels if I own already one version) because I'm a sucker for exclusives.
but might skip xbone this gen ... maybe if its ultra cheap in 6years or so, or they bring exclusives I carry about.

but for 3rd parties non exclusives if i get some is usually for pc or the home console of my choice. this gen it will be probably ps4 if I can get a hand on one.

I have both ps3 and 360

I own a PS3 anda WiiU. And for the record i don't buy 3rd party games on Nintendo-consoles cause they always lack something compared to the other versions
