I don't need to prove any point when everybody knows what I'm saying... I just was cool with you and did a fast search.

There are penty of posts saying the next year games will be 1080p... it was not at launch because weel it is launch and the devs are lazy.

Well actually it is meant for people who would want to post for a quick chuckle to see those posts and immediately feel silly, like they fell into a trap or the "jig is up". It disuades. And the level of tolerance in this thread, is surprisingly Xbox friendly. (taps own shoulder in job well done)



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

This thread is not about resolution wars and it has nothing to do with competing platforms. Its simply about the resolution of the Next Gen COD on X1. Which is a talking point in itself for those who care enough to discuss it.

All the comments in here that discourage discussion is beyong me. This is a forum.

The mod in the DC thread didn't seem to see it as "merely adding a apposing opinion".

You know, given the weird visual issues relating to upscaling from non-standard resolutions, I think Titanfall and this title would be better off at 720p native. Titanfall has lag and tearing. I'd easily take 720p if it meant better performance across the board. If this title turns out not to be a solid 60fps, then '800p' was a mistake.

Are they doing it just for marketing purposes?
