1. I'm a fan of long games, nothing less than 10 hours long, and no retros. Games for PS4?

2. Any PS3 exclusives coming that make it worth holding onto the console?

2) Tales of Xillia 2, Tales of Zestria, Persona 5. Little to nothing if you don't like JRPGs and can't be bothered to wait a while

If you're interested in JRPGS then the PS3 will have Persona 5 and Drakengard 3.
Not sure about PS4

1. Nothing really yet. Infamous SS is the only one worth mentioning right now.

2. I wouldn't ever sell a console. You might regret it a few years down the road when you want to pull out an old title to play again.

I'd advise you not to sell your ps3. You will probably regret it...that much I can promise. All ps4 has right now is indies while ps3 has stuff like Xillia 2, New Persona games, Drakengard 3, and crossplatform titles along with recent releases like DS2

I personally wouldn't sell your PS3 ever because once you have a PS4, you'll likely become a PS Plus member so you'll get all the free/discounted goodies for your PS3 and PS4.  Got a Vita? That can join in too!

Btw, Persona 5 is coming to PS3 next year!!! PS3 is still breathing well.

Backwards compatibility is a thing of the past. Keep your system. There might not be anything you like coming out this year, but I doubt you've played all 795 games that it currently has. I'm sure there's something out there you'll find that will make selling your PS3 regretful

Outlast is less than 10 hours but it is not a full price game.
