These videos are only up to a minute long. They are more for fun than any work. If anyone was planning to use MKTV to profit, they were kind of stupid to begin with. The real problem is if they Content ID MK8 videos irrespective of MKTV. They'll probably will but only around launch.

As long as a video ad doesn't play when I try to show a YouTube clip to my family and friends, I'm fine with it.

Thinking about this, its a pretty good idea from Nintendo ^.^

PS: If anybody expected that they would be able to collect ad revenue from these vids, they are crazy...

What if someone use a capture card? Do that still count, since that's what I expect most let's players to use anyway.

You´re right, and I lose interest in buying games after spoilers, so, at least Nintendo will have the video revenue =/

I think it's only for MKTV, if you use a capture card you should be fine.

So long as they don't claim properly edited videos with sound commentary etc. then this is okay by me - otherwise Nintendo are morons.
