Forums - Gaming - Nintendo Direct: Single Game focus or Multi-Game

What do you prefer?

If I had to pick, it would be directs where they show off multiple titles, only because theres a bigger chance that something will appeal to a wider audience.

I honestly am happy with what they are doing for E3... I really do not think the press conferences are necessary

Single without a doubt. The last three Directs have been the best ones, and they all focused on just one game.

I think single since the Mario Kart 8 and Smash Bros. direct have been pretty awesome.

How about both? Nintendo Direct that has multiple announcements to show whats coming as well as some that are directed towards a specific game...

If I had to pick between which one I Jizzed Harder. It would probably have to be the Smash Direct and Mario Kart 8 Direct but maybe thats cause I know what to expect and they keep on fucking going beyond my expectations vs Multi-games, I had no idea what to expect and they have been doing alright with those but nothing seemes to go that extra mile to shoot the after load if you know what I mean

Agreed! Well done, I think multiple games in a direct for future games but 1-2 month release games need a full on direct. SSB was well represented (not saying that cuz its my fav franchise lol). Tomodachi was pretty damn good, MK8 had its corny moments but overall great!

I'm with Jizz on this one (if you can't tell, I love saying your name on here, lol)
You guys remember that january Direct in 2013? X, SMT X FE, Yoshi... (Ninty better show Yoshi and SMT X FE this June...)
I like the multi Directs that focuses on new announcements, but with little fluff.
I do however, like these specialized Directs that focus on one game. Smash Bros, MK8, and the Pokemon Direct being my favorites.
