They already have a TV division that makes/made some big shows. If these shows don't work out then they could always sell them to some network.

Honestly I think a lot of you are just saying outright no to this because you don't wanna look like hypocrites for ridiculing MS with the whole TV TV TV messaging. But the truth is there's absolutely nothing wrong with offering more varying types of entertainment on your system, especially when you have the means to do so without sacrificing in other areas.

Sony announced they were doing the same thing at E3 last year. Some people here have short memory spans.
Hell no! If they have that much spare cash, it should be spent on more games. If I wanted to watch TV, I'd get Netflix or HBO or something instead. These machines are still gaming consoles at heart despite all the extra shenanigans they come with nowadays

Sure if they have money but I would rather have them spend the money on games or keeping the company alive rather than spending on TV and sell more buildings (if it fails of course)
