So this is what people are excited about? Couldn't watch the whole video because the way that guy played infuriates me.

 Sad that people are comparing it (for whatever reason) with Borderlands. This doesn't look nearly as fun.

This game doesn't interest me. When I first heard about it, I was excited, but not anymore. Same with Watchdogs.

Kinda agreeing with the kotaku article........gameplay lacks tension. Seems really pretty but lacks substance.

That and I never liked the lore. Doesn't seem to delve deep into alien cultures/politics like Halo does. And I never liked the idea of humanity dwindled down to one city on Earth. There is no galactic scale if humanity is confined to its own solar system. Maybe I am bias because I love the idea of Halo's lore spanning the galaxy over 100 000 years and the underlying theme of humanity ascending to a leadership role.

Hmmm... looks great but i'm not feeling the gunplay.. seems too light/weak.. hope they improve that.. a little more oomph.. still think Rage the best gunplay last gen.. every pull of the trigger felt right..

So excited for this. It looks fresh and new, despite some familiar mechanics. Really interested to see if and how the matchmaking system will work.

I don't get how people can look at / play titanfall and praise the crap out recycled mechanics and botzone then look at destiny which should have something actually new to offer in gaming and snub their noses at it...

Is it me or does the game look sorta cartooni-ish like? I mean, not that is bad but that's just the feeling I got out of it.

Can't wait to play this on Xbox One.

Powers are cool, and I like how the animation switches from FP to 3rd person when you trigger your powers for a nicer cinematic. Other than that it seems like sci-fi FPS.

Problem with really expansive worlds and character classes and all is unless you go full RPG the story and narrative lose focus. So at this point I'm expecting the Destiny world building to be interesting, but the in-game story to be pretty bland and fairly weak. I'm only interested in FPS with really strong story and interesting characters because it's a genre I don't really like playing so it needs something other than gameplay to draw me in.
