Yeah, I saw that. The depressing part is that people ran with the initially incorrect version of the article and didn't question the numbers.

Well, If you say something like "those numbers sound doubtful" about a game which is only available on one console you have to handle 50 guys who tell you that you are stupid and that it was out of the mouth of the developer. It's easier just to say that you are surprised by these numbers  without telling that it sounds unrealistic...

This guy had the only common sense here. Literally NOBODY was talking about Towerfall after the PS4 release and then people still expected it to be over 250k on one platform with no question lol.

And there were people bashing OP for putting a incorrect info or trying to misslead, while it was an eurogamer mistake, and they don't seem to think they need to apologize, just to criticize why no one else bashed him before the correction.

The only apology I have seen so far was my own. Everybody so concerned with being right that they don't own up when they are wrong. Ironically, because of this they don't learn and become even less right.

Tis a rare thing.

I keep telling people, PSN is a beast. Vita game sales IMO is prob also doing well, very well.

Kudos to Sony for supporting the Indie scene as it has.
