There is nothing wrong with ports and new IP's. It depends on the situation of the company to be honest but they are not "evil".
Indies aren't evil at all, in fact I love indies, they have a low entry price point and a foucus on fun. There are exceptions of course.
I have nothing against AAA games but they have proven to be an unreliable model for most companies. Big budgets and a high risk, there is nothing "evil" there it's just a "stupid" model all around and we will see fewer of those games in the future.
Microtransactions aren't "evil" they are "bullshit" which is a more appropiate term. They force bad design choices, they deprive customers from "power ups" or other upgrades and make things harder to make you spend money. You might think it's optional, but it's not. On RTS games is pretty obvious as some things take a very long time to be completed and to be honest, no one has the time or will to wait 99 hours for a building that could take 3 minutes in other games. So you pay and get to play a little bit more. As I said, it's not "evil" it's just "stupid".
DLC isn't "evil" at all. It depends on what you get to be honest, the most important thing with these is the price and content you get for it. If the DLC is priced accordingly to the value of the game then it's usually worth it. It really depends on the game and the DLC.
Remakes are good if there is a good reason behind it. If the game was requested for a remake by its fans and there is enough bussiness sense then it is a great idea. It all depends on the situation.
Exclusives are good and should be a focus for the big three. Exclusive games makes your console more desireable than the other 2 so there is nothing wrong with it. Only forum dwellers whine about everything being multiplatform and then praise and exclusive from their console of choice. That kind of hipocrisy is common on gaming forums.
So there you have it, those practices aren't "evil" at all. Some of them are "stupid" that's all!
