Games are art and some of them are timeless. Human beings often love reliving experiences. New games will always be coming out. Most of the remakes done so far have been of universally acclaimed games with huge fanbases and most of them have sold very well.

You might not agree with it, but getting so emotional over it will not make  a farthing of a difference.

I LOVE MGS along with millions of others out there. If a remake of the original MGS were to appear I might just wet my pants. It would be a better experience FOR ME than almost anything else I could imagine. And since that's the case, tell me why are you so selfish to not allow me to play the games I want?

Your petition is utterly futille.

yup. a girlfriend. you need a woman. try reliving experiences with on of those. try loving one of those. make games a pass time. stop giving these companies your money for the same thing. Don't wet your pants. Be a man. Try old spice. just FORCE THEM TO MAKE NEW GAMES FOR THEIR NEW CONSOLES!

I have a girlfriend. And a car, and a job. I even share a dog with my girlfriend whom I love taking for a run. I like extreme sports and I'm a sucker for the ocean. I wouldn't use old spice as I don't like cologne.

I won't ever wet my pants for real, it was simply an expression of extreme excitement because - yes you guessed it - I'm quite fond of videogames. Have been since I was 3 years old and me papa brought home the ol NES.

Sometimes I fail to be a man because the world is a tough place and I've often made mistakes. But I am trying.

OK, now I've responded to everything you've said. Do you feel like you've achieved anything here? By the way, the part of your comment in CAPS is a little bit out of my control. If I could force them to do anything I'd be playing Metroid Prime HD 3 years ago on my Wii HD.

I never finished Mass Effect, but restarted it the other day and am nearing completion this time, so stay tuned for my opinion on it.  Never played the second and third.

ME2 is the best imo.  In terms of sequels, it like what TTYD was to Paper Mario.

Good.

Finally I will try them.

at the right price with ALL dlc i'd buy it rather than pay for the mass effect 3 DLC i don't have.

Why the hell are so many games being remastered for next gen?
Holy shit.

What's it to yah?

Its not like 360, PS3, or Wii U had that many games in their first few months. I say remake them now while memories are still fresh, rather than 5 years later when they should be making new ips.

Better remakes then no games at all.

Plus its not like everyone had the chance to own a 360 and a ps3.

Played a bit of ME and heard disappointing things about the sequels, so I never played them.

But if this gives me over 60 hours of content for around 60$ I will take it.

Though I prefer new ips.

Way too story driven for me to take a triple dip. Played all 3 games on PC and on PlayStation.
Don't think I have it in me for 1 more round.

At this rate the eighth generation will be more about anouncements of old games than new ones.

This. I'm getting seriously bored of my PortStation 4.
