I'd like TP Link with a new face, that means tech demo Link with a new face or SSBU Link with a new face... They're not too different to say the least. SSBU Link is more pastel coloured though. Either way how he looks I'm sure it'll be a great game.

Of the two in the OP, I kinda like the girly link more. I actually wouldn't mind to see a female Link. That'd be interesting. The internet would probably attack that harder than Other M though..

Exactly because he's the only design that deserves to keep getting games!
The one in Smash Bros. is more ugly than most versions of Link to be honest. I'd like the one in the tech demo with a darker blonde for hair and a less fake looking face.
