Well, this has been happening for a number of generations! I say that you should simply wait until games like Knack 2 Uncharted 4 come out!

You must be looking from a non full-HD tv, cause PS4 CoD Ghosts runs at native 1080p 60fps and those detail textures is not what you can find on any PS3 games including all the AAA PS3 exclusives, unless you are comparing field design instead of actual effect results which has nothing to do with console spec but developers

Elighten me. This sort of thing could be done at the beginning of each generation. There are alway games that don't push the hardware and fail to match the visual brilliance of the best looking games from the previous gen. This thread seems utterly pointless.

The best looking games on PS2 look better than some PS3 games. The best XBox games look better than some 360 games. The best looking PS360 games look better that 'below average' looking PS4 and Xbone Games.  Are you surprised ? :)   This happens every generation, in the beginning of every new generation...

I don't know how you look at both pics and say kz 3 has better lighting or graphics, u must really like the art style. Cause its not even close. Are looking at them on your cellphone.

Nope, looking at it on a laptop screen, and have played both games on HDTV.

Ghosts PS4 looks pretty unremarkable; its use of lighting and world design are rather bland I find.

You basically don't like the art style, many people prefer kill zone 2 graphics over 3 which looks cell shaded sometimes but in terms of graphics cod ghost s on ps4  looks better, it's not even close. Now Uncharted 3 looks amazing it's hard to complain about graphics at 1080p/60fps it would be up there with some of the best looking ps4 games. Next gen hardware is not about exclusives looking better, it's about third party games as well and in 2015 well see some amazing graphics on ps4 from third party developers. Batman and Witcher 3 already look mind blowing.

Graphics isn't just about how many Jiggaflops you have, it's how you use them. For all it's 1080p clarity, Ghosts PS4 is not a visually impressive game; it looks bland.
