I was never debating specs, obviously PS4 has better specs than PS3, I'm talking about the visual end result. KZ3 may not be 1080p/60fps, but it still looks better in my view; nicer lighting, environment design, composition.

Nope, looking at it on a laptop screen, and have played both games on HDTV.

Ghosts PS4 looks pretty unremarkable; its use of lighting and world design are rather bland I find.

You basically don't like the art style, many people prefer kill zone 2 graphics over 3 which looks cell shaded sometimes but in terms of graphics cod ghost s on ps4  looks better, it's not even close. Now Uncharted 3 looks amazing it's hard to complain about graphics at 1080p/60fps it would be up there with some of the best looking ps4 games. Next gen hardware is not about exclusives looking better, it's about third party games as well and in 2015 well see some amazing graphics on ps4 from third party developers. Batman and Witcher 3 already look mind blowing.
