Here's the TLDR:

4. Signatures are limited to 1.5 MB in bandwidth and 270 pixels in height.
5. Avatars cannot exceed a 1:2.25 (4:9) width-to-height ratio. Ex. If the width of your avatar is 200 pixels, the height can be no more than 200 x 2.25 = 450 pixels.


Thanks, unlike sigs, I thought avatars auto resize on their own.

They do. If you upload a 400 x 800 pixels image it will be resized to 200 x 400 pixels but if you upload a 200 x 2000 pixels image, it'll stay at that size.

It depends on the context. A woman on a beach taking off her bikini top will be looked at in a different light to someone doing cosplay and showing a bit of cleavage. A picture of Katy Perry, topless, grabbing her tits will be looked at in a different light to a picture of a videogame character.

Certain avatars have been looked at and its been decided that they were "over the line". Yours was one of them. More are to come.

I agree with this. It was getting worst and worst as of recently. Though mods need to keep this as a rule this time and not let it emerge again.

Though i do want to point out that just because something is anime doesnt mean it is work friendly.  Pokoko's sig is self explanatory.  Its awkward that that shit is on my screen at all if someone is around.  Its like wth kind of sites do you go to.
