E3 would be less than a month away by the time this direct would air, so it's safe to say all second half of the year games will be talked about there while in the meantime they focus attention on their flagship Wii U game releasing in a few weeks.

I'm sure there will be one.

The question is: Will they have learned from the Smash Bros direct? Cause that was the best ND ever. They need to keep that format and pace.

But i personally would like more info on X and Bayonetta 2.

We have also seen a chat log in the screen in those trailers, and I doubt AI controlled characters, would be chatting with you, and be called Player 2,3,4, etc. So we have both sides, till Nintendo shows us a new trailer, were we see part of the single player experience and the story, the game could very well turn out to be a MMORPG.

@Einsam_Delphin:  That's true, though Nintendo should have some games for summer in NA and Europe, and June would be to late to announce their release time frame, so even if it is a Mario Kart 8, Hyrule Warriors, SSB3D, Bayonetta 2 Direct, their should be one that covers a bit more than Mario Kart 8.



COMG guide to points: 1 point = Raging. 2 points = Beasting. 3 points = Tearing it up. 4 points = Berzerk. 7 points = Rampage. 12 points = Burst. 15 points = god mode. 20+ points = DIVIDING BY ZERO!!! 40+ points = Youkai (originally Pokemon).

Why would that be too late? Again, E3 would only be weeks away at this point, so if it's too late then it must be too late now too. Besides we just had a big Direct on Smash Bros., so we're not likely to see it again until E3, and since the 3DS version is slated for summer, they'd have to announce it's exact date there anyway. Also, we just had not one but two game specific directs already! That leads me to believe they don't want to talk about general stuff until E3!

Nah! A week or two prior to release would be best, especially if they do announce a bundle and price cut!

I said GAMEPLAY. in the gameplay video we see that only one character (the one controlled by the human player) is fighting for real. it's also artificial when the other characters simultaneously enter their mechs, probably because the player pressed a button for them to do so.

I'm not denying the probable cooperative multiplayer, be it online or offline, but the game doesn't look nowhere near and MMO.
