called nintendo customer service to ask about unlink my NNID from old one to this one and they said the games will stay :D. When i bought it, it was on old fareware (before Nintendo connected Eshops) so there was NO Nintendo Network ID linked to it!

One man's pawn trade is actually a good deal. Damn that guy can never dl those games for free anymore unless Nintendo can checks his credit card numbers. So maybe he can as well.
