I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for now.  I just hope he's not one of those guys that claims to have both consoles and then goes to Xbox.Com and makes an account.  The consoles tell if your play Xbox 360, Xbox One, Windows, or Xbox.com and I like to see which games we share so I always look at a "friend's" profile.

You'd be surprised the number of people who used to claim to own a PS3, Vita, or Xbox 360 and never played a single game for their consoles! ;)

I try to be "middle of the road" but when I see posts like this, I have to speak up. The fact of the matter is, in my house, the Xbox One is used daily and my PS4 is virtually untouched.  Maybe it's doing "nothing great" but for my money, it delivers.  I'm still waiting for my PS4 to wow me (sorry, Second Son ain't tickling my vagina...).  For me, the PS4 didn't live up to the hype while the Xbox One has me staying up 'til 4am playing it.

Try it and maybe you'll agree.  Maybe you won't.  At least you'll be speaking from experience.


Thats cool and good for you, but i dont fire up my X1 for weeks.  But mine or your hours of play time on 4 or X means nothing to the reality of the market situation.  X1 has to many disadvantages, and sales are showing exactly that. 

 



Tell us d21lewis what exactly did you find good/bad about Second Son? Cuz I personally find it to be the best next-gen game although I don't have an Xbox One.

which is 6 mil on titanfall total.

Fact is EA lost money on this deal, they would be stupid to make it again. If other 3rd parties see this, I doubt they will even think of XB1 exclusivity if not staying multiplat.

The point of all of this is simple.

The XB1 is facing a situation roughly thrice as bad as the PS3. What they are doing right now, thats not enough not by a long shot. They should have games planned for 2017-2018, hell their parity clause is worsening the problem as it limits what is going to fill the huge holes between exclusives. 

In all honesty, the XB1 is looking like the Wii U.

VGC numbers: 100(wii) + 82(ps3) + 6(wii u) + 7(ps4) (estimated to nearest million)

69.6% of the addressable console market, TitanFall is not on. 

Even in a generous scenario, PS4 is still outselling PC, so EA lost money on this deal, they wouldn't do it again just because they have "feelings" for Microsoft.

We'll I have both and haven't played my X1 since December before titanfall which I played 3 days straight and now am bored of. Gamertag- PoonieG4 (got a new one for X1, sold my x360 in 2010 and forgot my old id) and PSN ID - STRONG_ISLAND420.

Laughable is your reply. I gave you reason to why those regions would be enough; what is your reason to why those regions aren't enough, besides MS "quote".

I won't bash the game too hard.  It's not bad.  I was just never a fan of the first inFamous and I was hoping this game would change my mind.  To be 100% honest, nothing I've played on PS4 or Xbox One have really felt "next gen" but the 8th generation is still young.  The real leap should be coming.

So far, I love Titanfall but it's really just Call of Duty on steroids.  It's just the first FPS I can kinda dominate in so it's a good feeling and an adrenaline rush.  I'm sure I'd feel the same about it if it were on PS4 and really, it might even be a better looking/playing game on that console.  I just happen to have experienced it on Xbox One.

My gripes with inFamous is that it seems really basic.  It looks sharp but fighting wave after wave of mindless enemies just doesn't appeal to me.  I kill like 100 guys and they just keep coming like cannon fodder.  The side missions haven't hooked me yet.  It's pretty to look at (but still not as amazing as I was expecting) at times but beauty is only skin deep.  Plus Delsin's walk pisses me off!  That's being picky but I wish he wouldn't bend his knees so much!!  Aside from that, it's good.  Lots of powers.  I think the Batman games do open world super heroism much better, though.

And that's my stance so far.

Is silly how many people claim to be unbiased or to have multiple consoles to "be free to shit on a platform he choose"... I preffer a Selnor and Ethomaz battling for their console of choice (no intention to offend any of them) than "neutral" guys that hide themselves to trash others...

I do know that from Ninty, MS and Sony, at the moment your least favorite is PS4, but I accept that as your preference not fakeness... but I know a lot use to make cheap shots saying they have both but one they bought just to collect dust, must be great to be rich and dumb (in those people case)...

Which game is your hand aching for on PS4? GT7 and UC4 can't come soon enough for me.
