In all seriousness, I don't know. The speaker thing might be a horn like the one in Sonic All-Stars. The 8 might be the same as the lucky 7? Or maybe it reverses controls for everyone?

The speaker actually looks like one of the cannon boxes from 3D World, allowing you to shoot multiple cannonballs. Second one seems like the 7.

I also noted a boomerang and the Piranha Pot.

Nice find! No idea what the speaker could do, but maybe we've actually seen the 8 item in action already. Near the end of the very first trailer, Mario and everyone else sped up greatly leaving a blue trail behind em. So basically it just makes everyone go super fast. I don't know! xP

Speculating is kind of useless at this point, the game comes out in only 2 months!
