I feel the same way. 2013 was mostly full of WiiU disappointments so I'm kinda cautious with my hype levels.

Agree but it's not what WiiU need right now! WiiU already have a lot of Cartoonish/family friendly games.A twilight princess disign + majora's mask history is what nintendo need to do now.

I am with you on this. Sales are a reflection of what the public want and this cartoonish/family only approach by Nintendo doesn't seem to wetting to many appetites in this here generation.

yep, some people still love this these cartoon/family games (me included) but it not about me or those others, it is about selling a lot of games to make money to stay a profitable business.

I would rather it look like the 2011 demo. With so much not going for Nintendo with the Wii u now is a good time for change. The way I see it, it can't get much worse so why not.

I hope everyone realizes one of the reasons Mario Kart 8 looks so good is because of its aesthetic design, especially its use of COLOR. I hope 8 years is long enough for everyone to have understood that the reason Twilight Princess is the most boring-looking Zelda game is because its colors are all muted, and most of all I hope people recognize that Twilight Princess's visual problems would only be accentuated by increasing its resolution.

In other words, HD Zelda would look awful if it tried to emulate the Twilight Princess effect. Certainly it can be more grounded than Wind Waker or even Skyward Sword, certainly Link can be a teenager again instead of a big-headed chibi kid. But please understand that games aren't given color just so they can appeal to younger demographics.

But Crytek is a kind of bad example, on PC you don't have hardware limitation, Crysis was a tecnical achievement but you needed a beast graphics card to run it properly, on consoles they have been outdone by several developers, maybe just Farcry on the original Xbox really pushed console graphics for its time.

Yeah, maybe Crytek is not a good example talking exclusively of consoles, but even in pc their games are graphic beasts compared to most developers.
