The leading game is Mario Kart 8, which is way in the lead with 122 points. A Blue Shell is unlikely at this point, but tomorrow's Nintendo Direct and/or Game Informer reveal can change things up.

MK8 was ahead last month for a while too, until a round of JRPG fans came around and pushed X ahead. Plus, I suspect that people are hyped by MK8's imminent release. This is, after all, the last month to vote for it.
