Nope! I want 100fps in my games dammit!   Yes! I do like Nintendo's focus on making 60fps games. I simply hope  that Smash Bros Wii U ends up being 60fps ( all fighting games should be 60fps if you ask me)!

Brawl and Melee were 60fps, so it should be.

Thats because games like Mario are visually intensive.

Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 were.

60fps ftw! Their games still look good anyway!

Yes, but Smash Bros Wii U will run at native 1080p, so that's why I am not THAT sure. It would be pretty damn cool if the game would be 1080p/60fps, wouldn't it?

As long as Zelda U and Metroid U are amazing, they can be 720p/30fps for all I care. Overall though, good framerate ensures no lag, which is better than shinier graphics but with random drops in performance.

I do have to commend Nintendo on one thing, their games always run beautifully. Technically their games never feel unfinished to me. Too many publishers rush a game out for the holiday season and then promise to fix it later. I'm happy that at least one publisher isn't doing that sort of crap.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

This is one of the fields where Nintendo is stuck in the past. Console gaming at 60 FPS is a thing from the SNES days, fluctuating framerate between 20-40 FPS (even better with screen tearing) is the new shit!

I've always liked Nintendo for going like that. When they made 60Hz on PAL an option for most games I was totally happy because I felt the games were better in (visual) quality, easier to control, smoother, etc.
Nobody cared back then. Now the world is all about fps and px but still Nintendo sucks, of course.

I don't dislike it....
